Mrs. Lilly Flores

Lilly Flores has been teaching all levels of science for the past ten years.  She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor’s in Biology. She was led to teaching when she started homeschooling her five children.  It was in homeschooling that she developed her classical teaching style.  She forms her classes to the Socratic method with students leading discussion.  Mrs. Flores enjoys creating an educational environment where students come to appreciate science and see it as fun.  Her favorite part of being a science teacher is when students transition from being terrified of the subject to being excited by their lessons.  She is grateful for being led to Cathedral High School and its educational and formative mission.  Join us as we discover science under the pillar of Sacred Wisdom.
